Just finished watching Blade Runner. I never watch this one so can't compare with DVD. Anyway, didn't quite like the story. PQ is good since the movie mostly dark but yet the detail's still obvious. SQ is excellent. The ambiance, surround, dialog and music really pinging from speakers in crisp details....pretty cool.

Next will watch 2001 Space Odisi. Hopefully I won't fall asleep as claimed by some reviewers

Blade Runner must get de 5 disc ultimate edition so tat u can watch all 5 diff versions of it (or is it 4..) hehe  but its a decent watch for a sci fi classic n oso got Indy mah(oops wrong picture..)

I jus rec'd 12 rounds - shld be a great popcorn fare, no? Got ex WWF wan wat to expect..

2001 is kinda boring( de first 15min wif de men dressed in ape suits - dunno wat de build up oso..) but it is another classic..

After seeing the 20th pair of nen nen got boring... (never imagined I would ever say that... )

Blade Runner is one of my all-time Sci Fi favourites and the best Ridley Scott film for me (next to Alien).  Ridley's famed cinematography brilliance, especially those showcased in this movie has been copied by many.  I already have the CD, DVD (all the 'cuts'..  ) and now waiting for the BD - Ultimate 5 Discs to arrive    The Vangelis tracks helps too

i think u guys should also check out Victoria - (Music Centre, not Beckham  ).  They generally sell cheaper.  I got the WB concerts at around RM70 when $peedo$$ is selling at RM79.

I believed the Blade Runner Directors cut only added 7 seconds to the movie. All he changed was the colour of the sky at the ending. 

Didn't know you like Blade Runner so much... I sold my copy for RM60 only, if I know earlier sell to you better..... 5 disc from US.

Just watched District 9. One of the best Sci-Fi movie in recent memory... very creative & inventive! Never seen this type of movie being done like this before but this one's not for all though; some may find this too quirky, absurd & awkward. I liked it because it was not contrived, not typical, very realistic and don't take itself too seriously. There's also some good performances by the unknown actors and very touching ending.

There's nothing to shout on PQ as it was done a la documentary, shaky footage look, everything saturated, over exposed... but that's what I like about the tone & feel. AQ meanwhile is very good, LFE really shake you especially during the "lift-off" and some other "bling balang pow" moments.    One more thing I love this movie...the censorship gave up on snipping the F-word, too many of them hehe..

Overall reminds me of Starship Trooper; the un-cheesy version. Go watch it if you have the chance, see what do you think of this one. Me, I'm bloody satisfied... 4.5 out of 5, recommended! 

Blade runner is a classic Am waiting to ad it to my collection. As for 2001 A Space Odyssey, one way to prevent yourself from going in a slumber is to NOT get comfortable while watching it Nevertheless, it too is a classic
