Why do i have a feeling that they are preparing that place to sell another pre-launches that we do not know yet? What is the sales office for, just to sell the remaining shop units? They didn't plan that all the noise from renovation for showroom will cause a headache for staff or potential customers if they were to move in earlier. doh.gif

if the show unit will not open at 10/10. can we postpone the gathering to the others day? cos no point to visit office without show unit. icon_idea.gif

I am from Block B and I received a letter from TT for the another 10% disbursement (the first 10% is the downpayment), but weird thing is, the total charges is RM 0.20 ... Dunno izzit a computer error or what. tongue.gif

PETALING JAYA: Analysts are generally more bullish on the construction sector since last week’s announcement that state transport firm Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd has been given the nod to extend the Kelana Jaya and Ampang light rail transit (LRT) lines, estimated to cost RM7bil.

A local analyst said the project would have significant and positive impact on the sector, create spin-offs to boost employment, besides helping to ease traffic congestion.

“The extension of the Kelana Jaya and Ampang LRT lines will also help increase the value of properties along the lines,” he told StarBiz.

He said it was not uncommon for properties within walking distance to the LRT stations to appreciate, but it also depended on the location.

Added on September 24, 2009, 11:36 pmI spoke to one of the SA...about the Heron incident..She said...its nt their fault..as the tile popped out after validity period..But i find it ridicoulous when she justified as such.

SHe also assured that it wouldnt happen in Zest as its a Expensive project w ith Expensive contractors and etc..(which i find it more stupidly justified)..Diff contractors by the way.

Have they started piling for block B? When the piling starts for block B..then starts the Loan distribution..

I agree with you that it is absolutely stupid to justify that tiles popped up after validity period...as if they are selling roti with an expiry date...If yes, she is basically saying TT's project only good for 18 months....lets hope that is not the company's position or the boss' position but merely a stupid SA's position....I think irrespective of price, an apartment cannot be built to last merely 18 months, right?

Just receive the 'correct' CC copy of disbursement letter from the developer, so I think they've started the piling for block B ...

Is there anyone from civil/structural engineering background can give us some hints how/why/what is going on in Heron tiles popped up cases? Cause my wife is asking "Wow, is the building going to collapse??" .. I know it's silly but, any mathematical or physics theory here to support that, "Yeah, it's silly"??

I guess the SA hasn't been trained or equipped to answer these sort of questions yet in a politically correct manner. Bz with moving office i guess. That is not the way to answer.

Some of the TT staff may have purchased with staff price too. So ask if this is her unit with tiles popping up after 18th months. What will she do?

TT by now should have known the Heron issue spread like fire and come out with better way to handle such questions (and with genuine answers, not beating the bush)

Really ridiculous the answer given by SA. By the way a responsible developer should response for it and give explanation and do the follow up on that case. Over warranty is not an excuse to skip from responsibility. Any way as purchaser of The Zest the only thing we can do is keep giving pressure to TT and do monitoring on the project progress (it is really not easy unless we have expert in construction) and pray hard that TT is a GOOD and RESPONSIBLE developer.

Hopefully TT will really look at what has happened to Heron and do whatever they can to maintain their reputation.

From what I see, they are building up their brand in Malaysia Property - their another project: PT19 Residency ( http://www.trinitytowers.com.my/properties...ndex_about.html )

- surprisingly, the Zest has sold out before PT19 and once in a while, I could hear their advertisement from the radio for PT19

Not sure hows the sales for PT19, but the location is a big turn off..
They place a premium price tag for this product and not to mention, it is leasehold... Not surprise why Zest out sold PT19 despite PT19 was launched earlier..
