I was trying to ask around, someone did buy the Type B on Tower A but higher floor at 180k

Added on September 14, 2009, 8:50 am
I agree but the price should go up gradually. and this Apt is not even built yet.
within the same month, the developer is increasing the price by 20k for the same Tower .. I will say this is unusual practise
*
Hey Bran, the starting price for the entire project was 225k, (ok, only 4 studio units are sold less than 200k which are around 600 sqft), No one had gotten type B for 180k.. btw, just curious where you find out the price to be 180k smile.gif

It is not unusual, for the price to increase, check with other projects as well smile.gif

The price increased in a very short period because the sales is "unusually" fast compare to another development, like Titiwangsa Sentral as describe by babana..

Other projects might not adjusted their price because of slower sales preformance and only adjust the price after a year.. (like Sxxxx Wxxx)

Its just a supply and demand theory wink.gif ... the waiting list is long as I heard from developer

I wonder why ppl complaint so much when Heron is property they bought for 100k++ only. Were they expecting Sunrise level of workmanship?

Totally agreed. That is a typical Malaysian who wants "beautiful, quality and everything if can". But only willing to pay peanut.

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 14 — Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd (SPNB) has proposed two new extensions for the Kelana Jaya and Ampang Light Rail Transit (LRT) lines which are estimated to cost RM7 billion.

Managing Director Datuk Idrose Mohamed said the proposed Ampang LRT line extension will begin from the Sri Petaling Station, passing through Kinrara and Puchong before ending at Putra Heights, covering 17.7km with 13 new stations.

The Kelana Jaya LRT extension will begin from the Kelana Jaya Station, passing through 13 new stations, including Subang Jaya and USJ, before ending at Putra Heights, covering 17km.

Idrose said SPNB would raise RM4 billion in bonds to part finance the project which is expected to be completed by end of 2012.

All the stations will have facilities such as lifts, escalators, suraus, public phones and toilets.

The stations will also be equipped with facilities for the disabled such as ramps, lifts, tactile tiles, low ticket counters and toilets.

The proposed new alignment will be on display for three months from tomorrow for the public to give their feedback by visiting the designated locations or visit the dedicated website set up for the purpose, he told a media briefing.

SPNB said a conditional approval was obtained on Aug 25 while the final go-ahead will be received after the public display.

The five places where the new alignment will be on display are the Department of Railways at Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin; Kuala Lumpur City Hall building at Jalan Raja Laut; Petaling Jaya City Council building at Jalan Tengah; Subang Jaya Municipal Council building at Persiaran Perpaduan USJ5, Subang Jaya; and Shah Alam Municipal Council building at Persiaran Perbandaran in Shah Alam.

The display hours are from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. It will be closed on weekends and public holidays.

All feedback will be channelled to the Department of Railways. The public can write in their comments in the log book placed at the display locations.

The public can also view the alignment via www.dor.gov.my and give their feedback. — Bernama

This is certainly very good news for all Zest purchasers.....hopefully, there won't be much protests from the existing residents....fingers cross that the construction works for the LRT will begin very soon.....smile.gif

Existing purchasers must sell their units only at minimum RM300 per sq. ft. ok?? thumbup.gif

LRT is another bonus to the zest. sure the price and rental at the zest will going up. hopefully the nearest station will have enough car park. The most important thing is the ramp. Until now haven't see any action from developer yet. Any one have any update about the ramp?

If 13 new stations along the 17.7km new track, chances of having a station at BK9 is high..

Heard from SA, the construction work of the ramp MUST start together with the LRT because there will be overlapping of the ramp across the LRT (heard that the LRT station will be in the middle of the road, and therefore 'crashing' with the ramp ...). If not because of this issue, the construction of the ramp should start somewhere last month already.

ps: Also heard the the proposed start construction date is next year Feb ... Anyone now looking at this forum (developer, sales agent, spy tongue.gif ) got some 'REAL' news to share????
