Umm .. i think the time of delivery depends on the availability of the parts. And also the confirmation of your credit.
Likewise they are pretty much the same.

But if your order through phone, there is a possibility where you can get better deal or offer given by the Sales Representative. I met some people actually getting some freebies or discount from the sales representative so try out your luck. Another good thing about ordering through phone is that you will have someone to refer to if you have any inquiries about your laptop.

hey the dell studio1555 dvdrom is sensitive type kah?? why my one cant read some of the dvd leh??.. yesterday i also almost shocked coz it stuck inside my dvdrom..after tempering a while then finally eject out...

dun like the dvdrom design ler... cannot change one if spoilt...attached to the notebook one..

another thing.. how to turn off the function button so that i can use the f1 to f12 button ha??

ya...i guess the dvd-rom is quite sensitive !if my cd dirty a bit at the back side then it won read, but same disk i put in other dvd-rom, no problem to read at all!!
i duno is tis the 'sensitive' u mean!!or u mean its sensitive to those *Ahem disk!!!

i actually prefer tis kind of slot-in design!it looks cool compare to the old fashion cd-rom!!
but, if the cd-rom got problem,then its extremely troublesome to change the cd-rom...
its not attach to the notebook actually,wat u c from outside is jus te casing...if wanna change the cd-rom,u haf to dissamble the whole laptop!

k k k .. my bad... ... but he only explains whether the function key will start with normal or multimedia.. but my questions is after login to window how to interchange between normal funtion keys and multimedia keys..eg wan to dimm monitor birghtness then use the F5 for other purposes like when playing games..

And abt the cd-rom, all my Ahem cd run well with the cd-rom!!installing those Ahem games,no problem at all...
ask ur friend copy the games in ext hdd lah....
