Try to remove the battery while using AC adaptor..
If not really do bad to the battery already..

of course lar... Customer Support or Tech Support have to be nice to the customer because they know customer have trouble on the system and sure fire hot hot..
They are the person to put out the fire and let you all feel like , "You are the king ( or queen ) .. " hehe. |
