i rented a small room and the space is very limited. currently i have 3 cages. i have to find new family for the babies. i got 5 babies aged 2 weeks and n' one preggie hammy which will due anytime soon.

No la, the suction cup i buy seperately, RM1 for 4 pieces.. I juz put it there to hold the side, but i removed it alrdy, i juz realize that i dun need to put that since the dawai i use is thick enuf to hold it in place... I use the suction cup to hold the climbing grill instead...

so i have to find suction cap bottles
if just buy suction cap from shop i dont know how to attach it to the bottle

no la.. the kuaci seldom refill 1... u see alot there... that because it was there since last week... the main food for 'em is cucumber & carrot... everyday refill.. hehehehe...

yeah cannot give so much fresh veggies or fruits
one piece per day is enough
get them a good brand of dry food
like vitakraft, harry hamster, or prestige hamster

my adult male escape from cage...

now only have lonely female..with 5 kids

waa u cannot simply add another male adult WW to the family as a subtitute...they will not fit together...they will surely fight...its ok, they can survive without their husband and father...a few months later, the kids will grow to adults...

i just use the alex sand bath yesterday...just now i saw my hamster grooming himself...its a bit strange from the way he alway groom...then i pick him up and check...i saw his right eye is wet..his right side face also wet maybe because of his tears and saliva...i saw there are sands on his face...so i suspect that there are some sands got into his eye...the alex sand bath is too fine...i clean his aquarium, and remove the sand...after i clean his face and body, he recovers as normal...

yup dont give fresh food everyday, twice a week is fine. its better to go & buy a proper hamster food. u can give sunflower seed in the meanwhile as their temporary food, its better than giving fresh food everyday. but the hamster might get spoil & dont want to eat normal food later when u buy...just leave it...when he is hungry he will learn. syrian hamster is actually like desert rats, desert where got fresh food wan. plus cucumber is pretty useless, its cooling & rich in water only....no other nutrients.

just now i came back from uni & found him sleeping like this. hahaha he always sleep next to the wheel when its hot.

btw guys guess what!noodles just gave birth...idk when tho i think its yesterday..coz i sleep at my boarding house...i just realize dats now when im talking to her when she went out of her house hippo like omara has the pink 1...1st i nvr see the baby..she went out n take all the tissue n bedding put near her house...find it weird coz she always push away all the bedding when she sleep...she nvr want any bedding inside her house...and when she keep doing it i saw 1 baby!then i stop talking to noodles scared to stress her out n all...i think few more inside cant really see and dont wana disturb for now

Okay, I have a winter white who sleeps all day long. I seldom see him play and it even sleeps in the ham ham ball I gave. Is this normal??? Or is it just plain lazy??

around 2-3am still sleeping? 4am? usually after 12am they will be active already...depends on the hamster itself tho...some wakes up a little late..some early...btw u just bought it? if its still 1st week then give it sometime to get used to the environment first.

i adopted it. guess it needs time to fit with a new owner?

btw, any ways to let my hamsters get together? my existing hamster seems to bully the new hamster everytime they meet.
