hear that berjaya land reported a quarterly loss? is is true or rumors?

in fact, they would have very much more if not for strong profits from bjtoto in which bland owns quite substantial shares.

News said net profit up but revenue lower due to lower property sales. So confirmed market really cool down now.

Ya, cannot sell below 600k. Those who sell below 600k are santa clause. Paper money has become so much smaller now. Char siew fan also cost RM6-7 now in food court. If go shopping centre makan lagi teruk, nothing less than RM20 for a meal.

last transacted price was circa rm680k for a lot of units.

why sell below rm600k?

min must be rm800k for the late purchasers to cover opportunity cost.
