have visit the KM 1 sales office last weekend…. have ask the SA regards covillea.. seems they does not heard anything regards delay on this project..
on top of that alot visitor was asking regards covillea ... congrats to all covillea owner.. BIG PAY cheque awaiting ….. Cheers. |

Don’t forget we got a lot of MNC inside TPM. Those who are lucky enough will get offer from them which they use to rent for their expat staff. Some I heard they pay advance six month rental.

I know quite a lot of expat from Astro (India professional IT worker) are staying in Savanna and they are willing to pay 2.5k rental.
Not to mention other company eg. Scope, IRIS, BAT, Patimas, Minos ... etc It can’t denied that Covillea would be the most uptrend condo apart from Savanna 2 in BJ enclave. 308 units looking into 30% for rental, 100 units… I think 2.5k to 3k is easily achieved. |
