had a look at the iproperty website.. why are all the prices so wildly different - say for 1293sqft it could range between 620k - 670k. is this because of certain factors (golf view, higher floors) or is this just the agents simply putting in a price?? also, how long does it typically take for CF to be released after handing over of key? are u guys planning to sell after this or hold it for rental income? right now i'm not quite sure what to do with it when i get the keys. sorry for noob questions, first house mah.

iproperty is for agent to fish for potential buyers. should not be used as indicative price. 99% of the time, when you call, they say the cheaper units sold but they've another unit!!!
Added on January 30, 2012, 10:48 ambtw, vp should be this june 2012. looking at the progress, it may be delayed.
any insider's news?

visited the site on last saturday prior to going to the zest. from the looks of things, Q3 is more likely for VP date. sigh... super, where you wanna have your bkt?

just praying and hoping berjaya beats trinity for the VP "experience". say let's start a wishlist: 1. free water heater to all bathroom 2. free welcome mat 3. free key chain 4. free maintenance fees for 1 year 5. free shower screen door 6. free mirror 7. free washer/dryer 8. free kitchen cabinets/island 9. free vouchers on berjaya hotels 3d/2n including flight tickets to either redang/tioman/langkawi 10. etc. etc. etc. hehehe.
