Hi experts, I bought an unit Covillea and SA claimed this is a DIBS project. But why bank is charging me interest every month, anyone here facing the same issue?

delayed payment by berjaya?

had a look at the iproperty website.. why are all the prices so wildly different - say for 1293sqft it could range between 620k - 670k. is this because of certain factors (golf view, higher floors) or is this just the agents simply putting in a price??
also, how long does it typically take for CF to be released after handing over of key?

are u guys planning to sell after this or hold it for rental income? right now i'm not quite sure what to do with it when i get the keys.

sorry for noob questions, first house mah.

maybe block b lowest floor for lower prices and block a highest floor for higher pricing?
am at same shoes with you. dunno what to do.

Sell with tenancy. Coz will take half a year for the transfer.

iproperty is for agent to fish for potential buyers. should not be used as indicative price. 99% of the time, when you call, they say the cheaper units sold but they've another unit!!!

from the looks of things, Q3 is more likely for VP date.

come on bro.. covillea was priced much higher than zest

and that's why i said it's hard to beat trinity for that VP experience.
in fact, i am quite sure that VP experience for this would be worse off compared to the zest. hopefully i'm wrong too.
