I've seen some units being advertised for sale in iproperty some weeks back. RM2 mil++

Those 28' x 70' are going for RM1.7 mil a pop. A bit ridiculous I must say. RM590 psf

May be this Temasya Citra 3 semi-d wannabe isn't too overpriced after all.

Yes, ridiculous. They always ask for the sky, but real transacted figure no one knows. But I must add, Temasya is THE place!

I actually helped my aunt to purchase an existing Phase 1 basic unit 28' x 120' almost one year ago at RM1.82 mil. She just moved in after spending a bomb on reno. I told her that she could've gotten a Saujana O-Lot for that kind of money. But she said that she prefers Temasya Glenmarie's location.

Her neighbour just purchased a basic unit for RM1.9 mil. I believe that's the latest transaction till date.

Dun know...but temasya suria end lot agent is asking 2.3 M 28x120...inter unit 2 mil

Pass by today...left last unit...may be gone by today...Temasya !! how come Subang Jaya price tak boleh match??

Can't wait for the next launch. Like taikor DT said, hush hush, zero marketing also sapu licin. May be they didn't want to disappoint their fansi n kept a low profile cause too few units available for sale.

Perhaps RM2.3 mil for Temasya Citra 2 end lot is a steal considering bigger land area n built up as compared to TC 3. Existing owners can laugh all the way to the bank dy.

This is getting hot ... technically saujana o lot and TG are of same locality .... but the surroundings are pretty different.

For those who can afford, i think better to also look at glenmarie courts ... the serenity is much better in my personal opinion, fully or real GNG, good landscape .....

Great place for both investing & also own stay. Not sure if there's any place out there that can come close to this sort of growth besides DPC.

Last transacted for 28x70 1.6M non bumi with a very premium house no according to a very reliable source from agent...after that almost no one selling already

If the supply for smaller units is so limited, what do u think?

Is much more than double after 2 yrs vp only esp for small and mid size....confirmed price as one of my buddy lives there...everytime go and and visit him sure he will complain" should hv bought another one back then cos now got buyer also cannot sell, if sell how to buy back the same house"
