well, i'm not talking about virus created to attack on our tube s60 system, i'm talking about mp3 file with virus that might corrupt the content in your memory card, that's all.....

i would assume that WhitE LighteR problem occurs after transfering new mp3 files into her memory card.

s60 no need antivurus as only virus that you will get is random file transfer using bluetooth when you are in public area, if you accept any unknown file transfer then you phone s60 system might be corrupted, that's why my bluetooth is always hidden mode.

oww.. I hate reinstalling even fresh install back my fone, I've just done cleanup my fone with wet cloth, camera and proper settings .. then a fresh full backup ..

I feel comfortable now ..

Hmm... u might hav a point as i transfered a new sms tone tht day...

then again i also transfer a bunch of patch n programs inside

Anyone here tried the Ovi Mail yet? Seriously its damn simple and easy to use. And the email address is so short.. its name@ovi.com. Damn nice right? I'm in the midst of setting up Nokia Messaging but I don't understand why it keeps using 3G connection instead of WiFi

Agree .. u could do a WiFi connection first before getting into the OVI account .. that could help u divert from a 3D to broadband ..

Just tried another browser for Nokia 5800XM: DigiaWeb v2.02 S60v5 SymbianOS9.x.
It is quite easy to use and finger friendly.

Tried n loving it
but 3g oni connection prob is quite annoying
luckily nokia already promised to look into tis issue

i just realized that the garmin got charge money everytime startup. all the while my money has been slowly deducted ler!!!

of course if u re using AGPS...but believe me its worth a few cents to get very fast gps lock
if u dun want ur money to be deducted juz switch off ur AGPS

if activate agps + network based, then it'll charge higher
agps is enough for me

Hi guys.
I'm the happy owner of a brand new nokia 5800; but much to my disappointment, the built-in photo editor just doesn't work! I select the photo I want to edit in the gallery, and upon tapping add effect under options in the the photo editor, the image simply closes and exits back to the gallery, instead of bringing up the editing menu with many options to choose from. Why is this so? Oh ya by the way I've also updated my phone firmware to the latest one, V30.0.011. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks.
