Haha... my arms only 14.5-14.75 inches only. Lacking on the triceps seriously... But now pumping lats and quads a lot cuz uni has barbell.
My diet sucks but I try to at least take 20g of protein every meal, so 6 meals a day. But has a lot of carbs, so naturally low bodyfat I guess. When I reach 85-90 I'll start cutting. Don't wanna be a perma bulker lol. But I hate giving up my gravyful food. |

Mine's at pg51 la. Why lower back injury again Dan? My training getting pretty inconsistent nowadays tho. Changing my routine to something like 5x5 since starting uni cuz I have less time.
Anyways is it okay to do 3 sets of 5 reps for the exercises stated but the last 2 sets change to normal 10 reps at a slightly lower weight? Cuz I leave out some of the exercises like dips, pushups and pullups (pullups only doing one set till failure usually for warmup), focusing a lot on Squat, Benchpress, Barbell Rows and Overhead Presses. So my worksets now would be something like: Pullups- 1xF Squat- 100kg 5x5 Benchpress- 3x5, 2x10 Barbell Rows- 5x10 One Hand Dumbbell Rows- 3x10 Overhead Press- 3x5, 2x10 Deadlift- 1x5 *I don't change between the workout A and B as stated in stronglifts, this would be a temporary change for around 2-3 months. Serious shit man...I don't even know what carb cycling is. Haha, if you count basketball for an hour once a week as cardio. Honestly, I don't do much reading on the net and have almost no clue about dieting. I just read training articles occasionally and then piece together a workout that I think would work then do it. I can't live without having gravy or sauce on my food. Can't stand dry rice. Genes maybe lol.

You leaner than me la, cut as in less than 10% bodyfat, wanna be quadzilla! Want veins everywhere lol.
@kotmj- I very tempted to do so too, but we haven't even train our body to 100% yet, I think prescription drugs and steroids would do so much better then than using them now. Nice. Tried 1RM for all my major lifts today. Squat is still at 120kg, benchpress at 100kg, deadlift 120kg too. Gotta work more on deadlifts gah.

The taller you are the more you can bench generally. From his height and frame I'll say around 110-120kgs..

I have to make do with barbell bench cuz my uni only has one 20kg dumbbell, one 12.5kg and a few more lower poundages. All single only zzz... Btw, what exercise to do to increase chest width d? Was it flyes or presses?
