@ darklight- Nice, you guys going back there tomorrow?

@ de.crystal- Bro something's seriously wrong with your diet and routine. You look exactly the same, if not worse. After one year's of training, there should be at least beginner's gains.

Reached 85kg yesterday. Suddenly 95kg doesn't seem that hard to achieve anymore lol. icon_rolleyes.gif

You guys need to stop making fun of other people's poundages. I couldn't even bench the Olympic bar alone during my first few weeks of working out. How about I compare my poundages now to some of you and make fun of you? Would you like that?

Guide the newbie, not disparage him.

I think he can squat more than he is squatting right now. Maybe he lacks the confidence to up his poundage. I've been training two of my friends you've met. They started squatting only with the oly bar. They've been training for around 4-5 months only and now they are squatting 80kg 3x10 without any help and still showing lots of potential. He just needs a bit of pushing and confidence.

Saying 25kg per side was easy was referring to gtoforce's statement of it being hard. I believe most of us here goes up to that rather easily. No offence.

I think de. crystal needs a training partner to push him to new limits. Anyway squats aren't necessary for a bodybuilding program (as darklight says). You could do leg presses and leg extensions and still have great wheels. But I still do them tho. On a side note, I prefer Smith machine squats now cuz they don't work my oversized butt.

Honestly I'm not a big fan of ab exercises. I hate the feeling I get from doing them, and now I only do like 5 sets of 15 reps of ab exercises once every 2 weeks. Abs are easy to form and shape, the only thing is to get rid of the fat on your tummy.

LOW carbs, high protein, high fat diet. Consistency, persistence, patience is what you need.
