If need to re-copy, then it will be useless. Hope it's only in trial version and not the official version.

YAMJ Trial firmware for Playon!HD (Released 290110)
http://www.acryan.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=4183 Here's an improved YAMJ trial firmware version for download https://www.yousendit.com/download/S1VCUXVwYUlqY3FGa1E9PQ I had to upload via Yousendit as my connection is pretty bad at the moment. I will edit this topic when I'm able to upload to our own server tomorrow. In this version, includes 1. Subtitles support 2. Displays correct movie info when INFO button is pressed 3. Improves scanning of Jukebox in USB storage devices And in this trial YAMJ version we have also included Youku (a Chinese "version" of Youtube) and Weather Forecast channel. Wasn't really supposed to be in this firmware since it's European version but I guess we may have forgotten to remove it before compressing the image. Got to catch some sleep now. :stepout: |

Please advise on how I can play True Audio via POHD or is that not possible for now? How about connecting POHD to the following :
Harmon Kardon AVR 7550HD 7 x 110W 7.2-Channel A/V Receiver http://www.harmankardon.com/EN-US/Products...ID=AVR%207550HD Would it be able to process True Audio if playing True HD via POHD considering POHD audio specs as listed on their website as below? Basically I am limited by POHD itself right? Not so much whether I have the right Receiver or not. What does Optical or Coaxial output of POHD do? POHD Audio Formats Supported: * Stereo * AC3 Dolby Digital 5.1 (passthrough & downmix to stereo) * DTS (passthrough & downmix to stereo) * DTS Master Audio (passthrough) Does that mean all I will get is Stereo? I got myself a True HD movie (Star Trek). When I played it via POHD this morning, the 1st Audio Track which is the AC3 5.1 in English, it showed, Unrecognised Audio Format. Where the rest of the 9 languages which weren't in AC3 5.1, it was able to play. And that sucks. This post has been edited by matthewctj: Jan 29 2010, 02:15 PM |

QUOTE(yslysl @ Jan 30 2010, 12:13 AM) How many times have to repeat. The title of the thread already says NO HD Audio.AC Ryan just play around with words lah. To them DTS-MA passthrough means DTS-MA CORE only passthrough, not the real thing This post has been edited by Ngto: Jan 30 2010, 12:23 AM |

QUOTE(yslysl @ Jan 30 2010, 12:22 AM) If your DVD or Blu-ray only got DD or DTS sure can lah.If your Blu-ray HD Audio track is DTS-MA then you just hear the core DTS . If your Blu-ray HD Audio Track is Dolby True-HD then you get silent movie. If you are lucky the movie also have regular Dolby 5.1 track included then you can select the normal Dolby 5.1 sound. ic thx for explanation coz previous post make me confuse a bit like saying,
* AC3 Dolby Digital 5.1 (passthrough & downmix to stereo) * DTS (passthrough & downmix to stereo) i thought we only get stereo sound but the cover box says we can get DD and DTS cheers This post has been edited by yslysl: Jan 30 2010, 12:32 AM |
