It's void the warranty if you accidentally drop it. It depend on the part. You should ask them.

Thanks for the quick reply.
The phone is functioning well without any problem.
Just that it does not look nice with the crack.
This also void the warranty ?

Yeah it does. But if you still not sure, you may ask NCC for clarification. Maybe ask them change the part. nod.gif

Work excellent.
From garage sales. RM220 if i not mistaken.

Accidentally drop my N97.
Now notice crack at the backcover and the camera slider loose.
Mine is avaxx set.
If i send it back, any idea how much it will cost ?
*
I think the price for the back cover is RM120, the NCC lady quoted me that price after I asked to change the back cover for the 3rd time, due to the camera lens scratches the lens itself issue.

Argh mine is RM505 but still no update, went to NCC and was told V11 is the latest firmware sweat.gif

I like the way Nokia release firmware updates. They release it batch by batch (model, product code, etc.) so the download does not cause the server to hang/crash. I have never encounter download fail from many updates I have done.

Therefore, just be patient for another couple days or 1-2 weeks.

Yes, removable one. I mean the remote control headset. Not the handset.
