try google Malaysia's N97 product code. There are two different type for 2 different colours.

Or better check the previous page.
*
No. It was not that I don't know how to search for product code. So please don't quote me here ......
A person A said that he upgraded his firmware using FOTA. Then another person B asked him which product code he has.
Do you know what A answered?

There must be a reason behind. This is not X file thingy .....
Tell us your product code, don't tell us RM-505 again.

Thanks for the advice, will do it right away.

By the way, anyone found the pouch that came with the package usable? I CANT get my phone out after I put it in mad.gif
*
No, I found that it is not useful to me at all. I used it for a couple of days, it is pretty nice when you grabbing it. But the problem is when you slip it into the pocket, for example - jeans. Then the scratch on the edge of the phone will be developed easily as the pouch does not cover up the whole phone. I have some scratches at the corner of the phone

mmmm lense scratch. As far as i am concern, if there's any lense scratch just send it to NCC and they will fixed it for you. Unless you are talking about the quality of the photo showing noise lines there then i believes that firmware should be able to fix this.
*
How sure are you that they certainly will fix for the lens scratch problem?
