sure take stand alone GPS

If you need the gps for driving a lot in car then you should absolutely get a Garmin stand-alone. They are much more user friendly and come with the equipment to attach it to your dashboard and car charger.

I think the phone gps is more for casual use and special situations if you don't have anything else to use.

Anyone got the new firmware update yet? any changes?

Argh, don't know what happened, but my N 97 can't start up.

It's hung when I'm updating "The Star" widget, so I switch off the phone and then try to turn it on. When I tried to turn it on, I got the following error message:

"Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer."

I searched for Nokia Care center in Klang, and found 2.
The nearest one to my house is called Zitron Enterprise. My N97 is Avaxx set, will they accept my phone for repair / service?

Ard RM35 if I'm not mistaken where else RM15 just for the D-Pad

No,its working fine as usual.smooth.it's just one tiny layer of sticker stick on top of it. u won't feel anything extra been added. the lady's skill is good and details.

at your home screen, click on Options then click on Show open apps.

I think you left too many applications on.

another way is u just restart the phone.


use JBTaskman, its a task manager for ur phone, can see all the open applications, close applications and see the amount of ram left. very nice n easy to use.

can any1 tell me, why my update stucked at estimated time left :13 minutes? it stuck there for like 10 minutes d. is everyone the same?

I've just found out the updates are only available for RM-507 and not RM-505

Just got mine N97 black colour..rm2200 ori set.

btw trying to update the firmware but still appear v.11 only...

So cheap RM2200

New firmware just for RM-507 not Rm-505.

Owh really? bought it at plaza masalam,shah alam. they said ap set rm2100 and ori rm2200 so better take ori set..

u use cable or bluetooth..its sometime comp did not recognise the usb..its happened to me before but when i use laptop its ok

what can i do now then ... the cable is totally stuffed up ... ... omg .. no bluetooth on my desktop ... GG lah ini

just buy bluetooth dongle and install it on ur pc..i'm also use it..but i'm prefer cable more
