hey, is the format supported by ovi suite? What converter are you using? It only works if the format is avi and most of my files are rmvb. I have tried to convert to mp4 from rmvb but it can't be opened using the phone. sighh

Thanks! I have used the 'Any Video Converter' but the movie seems have been squeezed and look weird. Maybe I need to join the Free Video Joiner. I will try it. Thanks!

Video manager in Ovi suite does not support rmvb.

Hey Blinky, I have choosen that option and it works! Thanks. The only problem I notice is the quality for the tvb series I converted from rmvb to mp4 is low (can see pixel and bit blur) where else those movies (e.g ice age) is much better. Clear. Strange. I have compared few times and result between the series and movies are the same as above.

Hey, I'm using Any Video Converter. Recommend by Blinky. It's easy to use. The screen for N97 is 480x640.

Hey, I believe yours is White? I have the same issue as yours. It's not that our fingers are dirty,but it is definitely easier to get brown stain compare to others keypad (I have read this in other forums).

Solution: Use wet wipes or buy 'isopropyl alcohol disinfectant' from Guardian pharmacy.

Do not try to use normal soap! I have tried it and it gets worst! Then I found the above solution from forums and I tried it out. It really works! Stain still there but lighter - I guess bcoz prev I hav messed it up with soap. :S. Anyhow I can't stand the brown stains besides the lovely shining white keyboard, so what I did is to skin it (just the D-Pad). Now it looks so pretty and some ppl even thought it was part of the ori design. hehehehe...

I clean the phone and keyboard with the alcohol every week and its remain shining and white. yes, you have to sacrifice time by spending sometime to take care your baby if it's White. No more issue with stains now.

Yes, can skin the whole keyboard. That's what the young lady advised me to do so coz it's more worth it (cheaper to do whole compare the small section) but I still don't feel like doing it since white is cool for me. Maybe next time once I got bored of white. lol

No,its working fine as usual.smooth.it's just one tiny layer of sticker stick on top of it. u won't feel anything extra been added. the lady's skill is good and details.

here, this is what I currently using to wipe my phone. I have tried nail polish remover as well before I found this solution. It removes faster compare tho this but I don't dare to use anymore, worry it will makes the colour fade.

then you should consider skinning it if the stains trouble you. I'm not sure what other solution besides this.

mine edi scratch juz 2weeks ago after been using 4 a month coz always take pix.but not on d lense-at d side.sigh..better put screen protector.
