Argh, don't know what happened, but my N 97 can't start up.

It's hung when I'm updating "The Star" widget, so I switch off the phone and then try to turn it on. When I tried to turn it on, I got the following error message:

"Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer."

I searched for Nokia Care center in Klang, and found 2.
The nearest one to my house is called Zitron Enterprise. My N97 is Avaxx set, will they accept my phone for repair / service?
