I lost my Comes With Music License after I hard reset my N97, any idea to get back the license?
I lost my pre-installed software as well, like YouTube..
I prefer original youtube than latest revision v2.2.9 because pre-installed youtube can view in both potrait and landscape mode..

I think I have to go Nokia Care Center to get all this done!

I installed screensnap but when I capture some phone screenshot into the folder I named as "screensap", why I can't find the picture that I've taken?

It has something to do with having admin rights to your sim. But I have no idea why it only affects some and not all when they change phone. You are lucky, it took my total 6-8 months the first time to figure this out smile.gif

Yea thanks a lot man. I won't be able to get it figured out without your help rclxms.gif

I use JBTaskManager. I just put it on my homescreen and can easily check for any open applications before i finish using my phone. It displays the amount of ram in use as well.

Do u all have any idea Nokia Care Center can change my qwerty keyboard D-Pad?

I have no idea since when my D-Pad got a brown / black stain there, maybe my finger was dirty when i typed the keypad..

Or any idea how to clear the dirty mark?
*
Hey, I believe yours is White? I have the same issue as yours. It's not that our fingers are dirty, but it is definitely easier to get brown stain compare to others keypad (I have read this in other forums).

Solution: Use wet wipes or buy 'isopropyl alcohol disinfectant' from Guardian pharmacy.

Do not try to use normal soap! I have tried it and it gets worst! Then I found the above solution from forums and I tried it out. It really works! Stain still there but lighter - I guess bcoz prev I hav messed it up with soap. :S. Anyhow I can't stand the brown stains besides the lovely shining white keyboard, so what I did is to skin it (just the D-Pad). Now it looks so pretty and some ppl even thought it was part of the ori design. hehehehe...smile.gif

I clean the phone and keyboard with the alcohol every week and its remain shining and white. yes, you have to sacrifice time by spending sometime to take care your baby if it's White. No more issue with stains now. rclxms.gif
