I am installing the gps..... got the same problrm with u... then i use the keyboard to clik the "next" button...

can anyone tell me do i have to use the keyboard everthing i use the garmin? did i miss some setting. now i uninstall it and start over again installing the garmin.

and i came to the page that i need to key in the product code no and click trial 15 day in the garmin xt....should i miss a part ..... helpp...

why can't i click the button at the bottom like .....i agree, back ,spell, next... touchscreen no respon...

how do you guy operate garmin xt in ur n97

Read my previous post.
Make sure u install the correct version.
I did have the same problem like u as then i notice i installed the .30 instead of .50.

P.s : Really awkward when people keep asking about the stylus "is it a pendrive???" lol
my friend said.. The design engineer for n97 was really *high/stoned* at that time , later after he finished with the design , he forgot about where to put the stylus.. lol

anyway is there any screen protector like 5800xm which giv a pre cut lens protector for the lens also ?
anyway tis issue delay -ing me to buy my n97 =.=......

it will be just temporary i guess.. because someone from here have sent his for 2-3 times to change it.. lol , NCC should came up with a part that wouldnt damage the lens again laaa..
If this thing keep bugging you , you could diy.. look for a video at youtube.. but if im not mistaken , this will void your warranty..

hey...want to ask....can java games install into n97...i manage to install few java games into it but could not play....how do i do it. accelerators, touch screen games...etc. do i need to install some program to let the game start...any recommed what games can play in n97..

sometime when go in Messaging menu, it just stuck ther, no menu pop up. have to touch the screen only can see the Messaging menu->inbox, outbox....

Sent mine to the NCC several times already, like 3 times. I stopped sending it after being warned that I wont be receiving any free replacements. Now still has some marks in between the LED and the lens. Fortunately they don't ruin the pictures taken. What I did was, I cut a small rectangular piece of Bodyguardz and put it there. 1 more thing, I assume Nokia had removed the v12 firmware as until now I can't update mine.

I think you need to update this Java Runtime thingy to your phone?

my n97 hanged, and after removing the battery, and turning it back on, it hangs again at the nokia splash screen....

no choice, sent to ncc, they flashed my fw (11 -> 12) and all is working again, and i find it more stable now...

hope this does not happen again, had to re-sync all my contacts from outlook and all my settings....

just want to ask, is there anyway for us to fix it ourselves if it just hangs at the nokia splash page when boot up?

yes, they can..mine was not able to update actually, but once sent to ncc, they did it...
