Weird thing i noticed about the maxis registration site is that it wont let me register my interest for 16GB (i tried numerous times and failed), but when i chose 32GB, one time and i'm in.

No - there's no word and Maxis is keeping their mouths very mum about it. I do know however, Maxis will prob be releasing the phones in September, possibly almost the same period as DiGi

@tinkerbel steve did say that overseas customers might get the free bumpers, but this i dont think will happen to the Malaysian market as the problem would have already been rectified by then.

That I dunno but chances are most people will go beli their own bumpers. Till now, I don't even know how this Free Bumper looks like!

I doubt it will arrive by august especially first week of august. But thn again I could be wrong. But I highly doubt it.

I just hope when it arrive there will be enough unit for everyone interested to get it on the spot.Bcs i remember when my friend bought his 3gs last year order today 1 month later only he will get his set...

True can already feel the price hike that is going to happen once maxis launches the iphone.

You're most right - the iPhone 4 definitely won't be in by early August. There's a better bet for early September

I don't think there'll be a price hike; more like a reduction in prices on the i3GS.

expected the preorders from maxis could be in august and the stocks should arrive around 1st week or 2nd week of sep...well i think i only wish this could happen cuz seems to be the fastest way for me....but if arriving at august would be damn good

Yes that is possible but I think this time round, Maxis will try to handle the logistics and distribution of phones in a more orderly manner.

Hi there, I feel the price hike going to be from people who speculate the iphone in malaysia.

Because I think maxis and digi going to run out of stock very quickly. Soon garage sales gonna pop up selling Maxis/Digi Iphone 4 at an increased price.
