instead of promotin the iphone4, maxis is promotin an obsolete product. by the time ip4 reaches msia, it wud be halfway tru its life cycle. grr.

what to do. Apple doesnt see big volumes here in msia as compared to the other countries.. BTW, manufacturing the right amount for supply seems to be a problem as well.

Added on July 13, 2010, 12:13 pmhonestly right, i think thy slashed it way back... whn i bought it in jan this year. i got it for 1590 (3gs 16gb - Value 1) and got another rm100 rebate. so total cost is rm1490..

.. 3 months later.. whn digi was about to issue out their iphone. maxis added 200 rebate on their phones (i think its across the board). sooo with the same package. its 1390.

oh wait.. the extra discounts now apply better for value plan 2-3-4.. value plan 1.. unchanged.. compare here..

and thy cheated with the price revisions... bad maxis bad.!!!!!!!

guys, one quick question.
eventho maxis already cut the price to rm890 for ivalue 2, that still doesnt count with prepayment for ivalue which is another few hundreds right?

after all the price is still high as rm890 + prepayment = Rm1k++

Bah. Dunno what's happening. I did a clean re-install of iOS4, set it up as a new phone, and then got the tethering option. The moment I plug the phone into the USB port of my laptop/PC, the tethering option disappears. been google'ing since yesterday, can't figure out wtf is wrong

just did a clean re-install of iOS4...my tethering working fine..and all function looks good..

provided if they have stocks then yes right away you'll..try looking for in Sunway Pyramid or KlCC

I guess im just gonna wait for iPhone 5 if Apple decides to release one...quite happy with my 3GS

Got a question here, my friend who is foreigner who have using Maxis almost 10 years with prepaid and now postpaid. His bills per month is about 400 because calling oversea a lot. If he want to get iPhone 3GS for free then he need to get value plan 4 isn't it? How much does he need to pay in advance then? Thanks for all your help Sifu

if he calling oversea alot no point getting plan 4. his bill will get worst then 400.

the free credit is local calls (2500min). international is not included.
