allrite guys got my I3GS 16GB White from Maxis Center Sunway and guess what they are selling like hotcakes! from the time i sat down to get it another 4 customer's walked in to get thiers, and from what i heard White there is only 3 more left and Black 5-6 units so if you're lucky rush down to Sunway Pyramid before it takes then ages just to re-stock

got mine from RM 1790 for a 1 year Contract and had to cough up another RM200 for the prepayment which will be refunded over the 5 months period, i took IValue 1 so its RM 100 - RM 40 each month for the next 5 moths so im looking at paying RM 60 which is not inclusive of SMS to other local operators i guess my sms'es and overall will come up to Rm 90++ in the end

it was a pretty fast process, got my IPhone in like 20 mins after all registration was done, and btw i took the easy payment plan frm Maybank for 1 year which now ill need to pay (Rm 1790/12 months = RM 149.20

those Maxis guys have stressed to me that the free Data (500MB) is prorated together with the free minutes and told me to be careful till my next billing cycle which is on the 17th, when i asked them what is the prorated MB and minutes ill get they couldnt confirm it..what they said is that so after 17th im entitled for the full 500MB and also the minutes since is a new blling cycle

i think this is one of the reason's why people get overcharged apart from the data leakage, dont blame them cause its hard not to get excited over freaking IPhone! currently my I3GS is docked to a charger and will be charged to 8 plus hours but im contemplating whether i should put my Sim in and start playing around with it tomorrow itself or not because for the life of me i dont wana get charged for RM250 for data ! i did once pay RM 385 for data but thats for some other "experiment" i made and since Maxis automatically sends the settings for the 3G and GPRS i know for the fact that instant i accept the settings my data will be running irregardless i turn it off or not , and i dont intend to disable the 3G or GPRS since i dont see the point of using an IPhone without the 3G features..heck i might just sign up for and IDATA RM50 which gives me another 500MB nonetheless but that its quite pricey when it comes to the month end when the bills are need to be paid

worse case i might just use my old phone till 17th this month been serving me quite well that one i know im cheap

ah...around 7.50 pm...tough luck man...so no Iphones at the Pyramid Maxis Centre's then?

I still havent plugged my sim into my Iphone yet

provided if they have stocks then yes right away you'll..try looking for in Sunway Pyramid or KlCC

I guess im just gonna wait for iPhone 5 if Apple decides to release one...quite happy with my 3GS
