Got a question here, my friend who is foreigner who have using Maxis almost 10 years with prepaid and now postpaid. His bills per month is about 400 because calling oversea a lot. If he want to get iPhone 3GS for free then he need to get value plan 4 isn't it? How much does he need to pay in advance then? Thanks for all your help Sifu
