Do you think after 4G launch, the phone price will drop?

what phone price will drop? you are not being specific here? and since when are our telcos moving to the 4G cellular network? SARCASM KAW KAW

contrary to popular beliefs the iphone price would not drop 3GS that is, it'll cease to exist, unless they plan to have a rerun of one of the 16GB versions around like the 8GB 3G iphones that were sold together with the 3GS. the new Iphone(insert an apple devised name here) will maintain the same price point.

I want to ask that if I upgrade my current plan to iPhone plan...will I on the spot get the plan or next month only the plan will active?

is there any possibilities that maxis iphone set is simcard or operator lock? meaning only can use simcard that we registered? cannot use other maxis simcard?

maxis set can use what ever sim card of any telco u can think of

i want to ask is it the iphone plan is instant upgrade?mean after i go maxis centre upgrade...after they give me the iphone,i straight away can use internet for free until it limit?

Back to around the same price point if you're planning to get the latest stuff in the market. Well above pointed out yes it might but then again you are going back in the current cycle (i.e. getting 3G when 3GS is hot).
Hard to say actually on pricing wise because it depends on alot of factor like economics wise that is

if i use wifi to online, will the data sent and received be record at the cellular network data?
Or while using 3G and other services will be recorded?

Btw, what is the dot . located at the top (beside MY MAXIS)

500mb per month is more then enough..most o the customer never reach limit also ( base on my friend work in maxis customer service)

not using edge network ... is like ur currently surfing the net using edge then will u able to receive calls and sms?
coz i getting load of miss call and un receive sms =( wonder izzit problem with the edge

as far as know edge/GPRS use the same chip as GSM where when you are on EDGE/GPRS receiving data or sending data, your sms and call will be likely onhold until your data finish downloading into your iphone. that why we got the misscall etc.

unlike 3G, its not use the same line as EDGE/GPRS where is has its own chip and when ever you are in 3G signal receiving data onto your iphone, you still can make a call and receive sms at the same time ^^..

i keep receive could not activate cellular data network when i try to use any application that use internet using my iphone and yeah i cant use internet.
i dunno why.

More info :
-buy an iphone about 1 month ago.
-buy using prepaid maxis 32gb v3.13.
-last few days can use internet now cant dunno why

-the guide is for v3.1 and mine is 3.1.3 the itunes they use is v8.2 and mine is v9.1
-so far im not really understand what does this guide does actually.
