Ah, I've actually never seen one like that. From what I've seen in Jusco, even the 4 wheel ones are pretty costly already.

Tsk, I spend more money on my hedgies than I do on myself nowadays. Yet, they still huff at me after all I've sacrificed for them. xD

Yeah...they eat everything that consider food..

Whenever hedgie (or other type of pet) eat mealworm, they also will consume what the mealworm ate (indirectly).

#So if your hedgie does not have a sufficient protein, gut load your mealworm with anything that contain protein smile.gif

That is why there is a product to gut load mealworm / superworm.

Just put them in about one inch of oat (any sort would do). Put in a small chunk of carrot/potato (this is their source of moisture).
Remember to remove the carrot/potato that's been left for several days or they'll start getting mouldy.

Better hedgie-proof your house and make sure all the doors are closed when you get a hedgehog.

Huffy likes to hide in tight, dark spaces when he manages to escape his cage during the night.

I keep him in the kitchen area, with the store room just next to his cage. My mum found him sleeping under a decorative rack. The space between the plank (on the rack) and the floor was only 2 inches. And yes, he does like to run towards the tv cabinet when I bring him to the living room. xD

Hedgehog r master of escape so if u play hide n seek with them, probably u won't find them again. So do careful to hedgie-proof b4 unleash them

True.

Grr. mad.gif My sister just texted me, saying that she found Huffy & the female hedgehog together in the playpen. doh.gif
He actually climbed OUT of his storage box & into the playpen.

Sometimes I can't really figure it out how they manage to climb that high and they especially like to hide in some place where u think it's impossible for them to get in.
