You can get snap-ins if you only plan to use it on your HRAP3 and not take it out too frequently. My Sanwas are loose because their side grooves got scraped out due to taking them off the TE. They were tight there so the metal plate grinded off the soft plastic. I used quite a lot of force to do so

So I managed to place 4th in TRF Beginner's Tourney just earlier tonight, though only 16 players participated (which was lesser than the usual 20+~30+ players). I will post the links to the vids when they're uploaded (usually in a few days)..

Won against a Ryu in my first match, then I beat another Ryu to get to the semifinals, then I lost to a Gouki who ended to get 2nd place and lost to a Gief for the match for 3rd place (I was already out of steam by then, messed up my first round but 2nd round was pretty okay).

Overall, I'm feeling good and I cant wait for next week.

yeah, my best so far when it comes to TRF that is.. I came 2nd last week in a mini tourney (8 players).

@darkstalker: sure, i'll try to be available for some matches, maybe can have some casuals at outpost or summin. plus im still not good at the boxer matchup since i dont play good boxers that frequent anymore(got owned by one last week though LOL), they exists here but i just dont get to fight them that much.

I just bought a 2nd hand stock HRAP3 for my PC and was testing it out. Then saw you online and faster invite you for games! Those stock hori buttons are t3h suck once you get used to the Sanwas! And damnnnnn, that lag switch you use is awesome! It just had to lagged during my combos! (actually, I'm just not used to stick yet...I missed some combo inputs with other people as well).

Ok, excuses & jokes aside..your Boxer is damn good (as always). But it seems that I'm jumping in too much...which I realise, but I still keep doing it cause I'm trying to get the sweet spot which Bison's j.hp can hit Balrog while evading Balrog's cr.hp.

But you were getting a bit predictable with the cr.hk. What other pokes does Balrog have?

Good games there! Oh yeah, I play Chun Li and Honda as well....(and a very scrubby Gief). Just holler if you're bored with Bison and I'll change character!

I was missing combos left and right too. I'm not back in the habit of comboing yet. So many chances of jab jab nothing.

Actually, you know all those times I was doing a meaty cHK or cLP on you after you fall down? I was trying to get to bait your EX Psycho except either I mess up or slight input lag made me screw up the timing and I only manage to bait you successfully like once in ten matches and paid the price every other time. XD

I don't do EX PC as much anymore. Sometimes just teleport back, sometimes just EX DR. I noticed a few times I managed to do meaty attack combo against you. You weren't trying to do normal headbutt right? that's 8 frames start up and no invulnerability. It eats meaty attacks everytime. I try not to meaty attack when you have EX bar, cause then you'll have invulnerability moves to counter the meaty attack.

^ For the meaties, I tried each of the headbutts one by one, ending with EX.

Then I tried to do stuff like jab.

Other times I just (fail) to do FA and stuff. Just trying out different things. I mean, I know I can block, but since it's casuals I might's well try things out.

Also, I was throwing lots of EX Uppers to try and predict (and go through) any Scissors Kicks you may do.

What tips do you have for my Bison against Balrog?

I'm not sure how effective this is, but I think a turtling Bison would prove troublesome. Turn it into a poking war. Your HK should beat out or at least trade with my HK, and you have the safer way of getting in (LK Scissors).

The problem is when we both get EX, then I'll be able to blast through a poke and gain momentum, or just turn the tides and I start turtling. You can technically also blast through with EX Psycho/Scissors but both aren't as safe as my EX moves to get in.

Besides that, use jumps more sparingly? Bison's one is pretty floaty, and I remember I hit you out of the air a few times on reaction with jump HP. I think you can definitely control the ground game with MK and HK, I'll have to chance max range cHKs to beat it I think.

Urghh..this is what a lot of people tell me...turtle more. I frankly dislike turtling. I'm such a "in your face" player that I'll go on the offense almost every chance I get. I played against a REALLY REALLY good Ryu which I have a lot of problem beating. He then adviced me to play turtle. After I tried that for one day, managed to win matches against him....but I didn't feel like doing it again. I must have a certain mood, then only I will turtle. Else, I'll just rush that shit down!


And for the DR...I knew it the Ultra could beat it...just testing my luck on whether you knew or not. LOL.
