Yesterday at the movies I saw this trailer of a local horror movie called Karak. About a bunch of friends who decided to take the old road via Karak becoz the highway got traffic jam. Then got numerous encounters with spirits la, the infamous yellow Beetle la... after the trailer ended the whole cinema was like... Ooooohhh... maybe after watching that movie, ppl will think twice about taking the old Karak road... very clever..

There was a Malaysian movie called Dukun that was never released. Was told it got banned but i heard a rumor that it had been leaked out? Is this true? IF it is , anyone know where i can get a hold of the movie?

It was based on the story of Mona Fandey. Rumors is that Mona Fandey's family don't allow the movie to be release.

dunno if it's leaked, but there's plenty of screenshot from the movie on the net.
n based on what i saw, i think there were using real pictures from the crime in the movie. almost puke.

Scream 4.
I thoroughly enjoyed the movie despite some flaws here and there.
More blood, more surprise, more suspense than the previous sequels.
And don't f**k with the originals.

Scream 4 (2011)

Scream 4 is a... scream!!

The beginning is lots and LOTS of fun (Anna Paquin and Kristen Bell anyone??).

It also has Hayden Panettiere and Emma Roberts to boot!

Story is both original and yet pay homage to the previous chapters!

Neve Campbell reprises her role as Sidney Prescott.

David Arquette and Courteney Cox also reprises their roles as troubled couple (interesting how art imitates life) Dewey Riley and Gale Weathers-Riley.

Throw about ALL the previous rules and the new ones...

Let put it this way, the story is convoluted at some parts and the writer has... interesting take on the Y Generation (or is that the Z Generation, I get confused...)

I had a blast!

I really did

If they didn't make Scream 2 or 3... this would have been a perfect sequel

Single White Female with a hint of Basic Instincts??

A forgettable suspense thriller and NOBODY particularly stands out.

Nothing and I mean NOTHING unpredictable.

I am 1:18 mins into the movie and have been debating with myself whether I should go on or not (put off for another day??) *Sigh*
