A few of my best horror movies.
The Langoliers : A mini tv series that make me scare when I was a little kid.
The Exorcist: Scare me too when I was a little kid.
Child Play : Only the first series of the movie that scares the shit out of me when I was a kid.
Tales From The Crypt: Scares me out when I was kid and I still like to watch it now.
Jaws: Scares me when I was a teenager. I was a little phobia of water at that time. LOL
Piranha series: Scares me when I was a kid. I am talking about old series not the Piranha 3D.
The most scariest movie to me now is
Exorcism of Emily Rose and Exorcist: The Beginning.
The Descent ranked two for me.
Cujo and Pet Sematary ranked third for me
BTW, did anyone of you watched a movie about a few people get on a big cruiser when they found the cruiser in the middle of the cruiser and everyone on the cruiser is vanished. They fried the fish they found in the boat's fridge and cook then they started to die and the fish comes out from their stomach. There is a scene where the woman run into bathroom and keep vomiting. Help me find this movie title. thanks!!
Erm... can I inquire, when you say Exorcist do you mean
The Exorcist (1973)
or
Exorcist: The Beginning (2004) ????
Not many people actually like Exorcist: The Beginning (2004) . . .
The Exorcist (1973) broke alot of ground with it "special effects" (eg projectile vomiting and 360 degrees head turn) and also daring story telling
Exorcist: The Beginning (2004) was plagued with all sorts of production issue (script keep changing while shooting the movie, until half way through the Director was changed!! [the original director Paul Schrader, put his foot down and Warner decided to replace him with someone Renny Harlin, who would listen to them]). I found the movie EXTREMELY messy. . .
Here is the kicker, when the 2004 made nothing at the box office, Warner invited the original director Paul Schrader back to recut the 2004 movie back to his vision called Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist (2005), which was also a lamentable mess...
Both didn't do much in term of box office (30 Million to make got 50 Million in return as oppose to Paranormal Activity cost 15K to make and made 100 Million!!!??)
The only thing I can applause the 2004 version about is that it actually look gorgeous in HD! Apart from that...
I do like Cujo and Pet Sematary as well.
