if 1st gear is slow n there is a high rev, mayb its cos u let go of the clutch too slowly... try releasing it faster n c if it helps.. all the best.

jz got a gift for my car...
Works gear knob   bought from howiechoo, EA auto works... the gear seems need less force to shift as the knob is heavier than the ori...and no more shit rubber feeling...teflon feels nice but the thing i hate is the corners around the center sticker is not flat and extruded abit compared with the sticker level...
