the only special edition that i know of is MME Edition and the so called MCOBA edition

MME Edition is built only 200 units(rumors said only 150 actual production) to commemorate Proton R3 Division success in the MME Race...The base car came from base-line model with full R3 bodykit and some minor engine tweaks...

MCOBA(Malay College Old Boy Association) Edition is built in conjunction with the Malay College Centenary Celebration...the base car came from hi-line model with additional full bodykits and a custom leather seat with MCKK badge

as for the pics posted from a glance it could not be an MME Edition...so it could be the MCOBA Edition but bear in mind MCOBA Edition got full bodykits as for this pic i could only see a front lips and if there is a side skirting, i cant tell it from this angle and it seems different...refer to link below

Hi, i am driving a Gen2 1.3 A(2005 registered 2006) model. the power is jz below adequate (but if driving alone is ok..full load is a no no)...anyway, i would like to ask 2 things.

1. What grade of engine oil should i use? different ppl tell me different things.
a) Gen2 piston is very heavy, thus should use thinner oil
b) If use thinner oil, the engine gives noise, thus need to use thicker oil which functions as dampers at the same time.
So, which 1 is correct? currently, i use semi-synthetic oil 10W 40 (if i am not mistaken la...)

2. Tyre size.
the stock size for Gen 2 1.3 is 185/55 R15. Tyre shop recommend me to change to 195/50 R15. Read in some forum, saying 195/55 R15 also can.
So, which 1 is more suitable? what are the effects on Fuel consumption, handling, etc??

because it is a 1.3L enigne.
195 will increase the friction of the tire, making ur car heavier and acceleration also susah .
not sure engline oil, but u can try K&N drop in filter.

then the tire itself make sure u make it around the right pressure. i alwyas put mine at 230Kpa for better acceleration.

tat's y i was thinking i should stick with the stock 185/55 R15 tyres..but it think the tyre shop recommend me other size coz it is difficult to find the size...coz mostly i see 185 tyres are for 14inches rims..

wanna ask, how much is to change that key "port",
i mean, the key, housing, internal mechanism? it is because my car have a problem, the steering won't release, it is because of the internal mechanism,so can't start, can't go anywhere the car dob is 2006.. as i know, to change it, need to change everything, including car key

advise? lubang murah2 ?
