sori ha...

ur piping size? bullet or midbox?

v3000i - for a start, u floor ur paddle as u dont know where is ur maximum point for engine to work at its optimum level...then when u feel the speed wont increase that might be caused by the fuel is already too much entering the engine so u lift it up n search for ur maximum point where fuel is ngam2 supplied to engine...

aaa some stupid understanding by me la...technical wise i dunno much tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Easier to think of driving our Gen-2 as having sex tongue.gif .
If we start by going all-out (floor fuel pedal), then it will end too soon and there is no satisfactory result (lower top speed).
If we control the "pace" (controlling the depressing of fuel pedal), then there will be more enjoyable experience (higher top speed).
laugh.gif *our car has feeling* brows.gif

Back to actual top (not promoting speeding).
In my stock year-2004 Gen-2, I can reach a max of 170km/h. This is because as driver, I lack the confidence to go faster.

Anyhow, I not sure why, but the more often I press brake (normally to slow down), I have a lot of problem trying to reach the "acquired" speed again.

Example: I'm driving at 150km/h on highway. In my front was a vehicle driving slower than me. Therefore, I slow down by depressing fuel pedal (and applying brake to slow down) to about 110km/h. When the vehicle-in-front change to slower lane, my Gen2 will have a very tough time trying to reach 150km/h again (unless I enters a downhill).

Maybe it is just stock setting tongue.gif

right, tuning.

where can i get some tuning done for the stock ECU? i know last time hard tuned can adjust some parameters like manifold air pressure, but the shop tutup kedai already. not much can do with PDT i know, but i'm just looking to button things down a bit, to tie things together. Not interested in piggybacking or unichipping, done with spending money on this car already, just looking to bring things together.

It's good already but you get the feeling that it could be a little better just that little extra finese to smoothen things out.

i have the r3 full system with kNN drop in and large snorkel and running first batch ECU. that's all.

Does r3 offer anything in that category?
