QUOTE(ashraful @ Aug 10 2009, 10:03 PM) i just applied my MBB petronas card. What installament plan? It's always depending on the merchant whether it offers such facility. Usually based on partnership relationship and the merchant offers it, it'll be approved on the transaction itself. The merchant has a terminal with MBB and there's an option to convert the purchase into installament plan.i want to know usually how long will they take time to approve? and how long will MBB takes time to approve for intallment plans? thnx~! |

Guys, I'm hosting some guests from China. Is it normal that a CC without chip (only magnetic strip) being declined by terminal easily?
So far I have observed that majority of MBF terminal failed to swipe this type of CC. I thought CC terminal should be equipped with dual swipe mode (chip based and strip based). Anybody experienced this before? |

QUOTE(sohming06 @ Aug 15 2009, 01:31 PM) Is it OK for me as non-islamic to apply for that card? Why not? I'm holding an Islamic based CC as well.I have the card now, last time apply from shopping mall HSBC agent. Any pro and cons? Thks The main difference may come from the list of privileges. Other than that, it's just another CC. You should refer to the HSBC website to analyze for details. |

Please remember that the financial charge is still exorbitant even though the Tier system is being implemented for quite some time.

Yes, lousy Zing card! Not worth. The good thing is automatically reloaded once your balance drops to certain threshold.
