QUOTE(andrew9292 @ Jul 26 2009, 09:08 PM) Hi guys, do you know any lcd that can support 1024*768 as optimal resolution? NON widescreen.. preferably lower than rm400... and if any of you have mx440 graphic card, does it support widescreen resolutions? Sure, my MX100 support 24 monitor with 1920x1080 resolution but the quality may not that good compare with newer GC. RM400 can get either 20" / 19 / 18.5 monitor as well. QUOTE(Neo8663 @ Jul 26 2009, 09:19 PM) hey guys i just checked samsung website there is some new lcd coming to your home soon Bro, mind specific which model ? I can't see it in Samsung website.

at first afraid to take becoz thinking of the bigger font n icon etc.. but actually it's suit my taste.. font look the same though the best part is due to the reso same like 24" lcd.. so my gpu can support most of the games without lagging.. some even capped @ 60fps.. thumbs up!

Compare with my current 8600GTS, when using MX100 what I see in the screen will look a little bit blur. Like 5% blur, the most patency part is Icon and the color was slightly poor.

i would like to ask, I have a 17 inch laptop, but to me it is not enough. The laptop has both VGA and HDMI port, which means it can connect to HDMI-enabled monitor yes? and I am considering samsung lcds. the thing is, there are Full HD monitors, HDMI enabled monitors. what are the differences?
also i am looking for 22inch - 24 inch prices below RM 950. Any recommendations are welcome

Full HD just means that the screen resolution is 1920x1080 whereas HDMI enabled means you can connect via the hdmi port on your laptop. The VGA port will also give an analogue signal whereas the HDMI cable will be digital and will also provide sound in addition to graphics.

Eh...I means 2370 has only DVI port, don't have HDMI or VGA port. But 2350 has VGA and DVI port. Doesn't means that can't connect GC to2370.

It'll work.
But if you're really worried about that it won't work, you can just carry your laptop and try it at the shop.
