Anybody know Samsung XL2370 LED Monitor available in the market yet?

According from the link you gave, it says that "The product will be available in Korea in mid July, and ready to be shipped to European countries and other parts of the world from August." So I guess it won't be at our shores until August? I think it's basically a P2370 but with LED backlit.

LED vs LCD

Expensive yeah,

the best alternative is to get a Dell s2409w

ive test and compared which i owned and sold

dell 2405fpw
dell 2407wfp
dell 2408wfp
dell 2709w
dell s2409w
dell e228wfp

dell makes the best TN around

other brands TN are pretty crap imo

Dude, FYI Dell DOESN'T make LCD panels. The real manufacturer behind of the models you've listed are:

Dell 2405FPW 16ms (12ms G2G) 24"WS Samsung PVA (LTM240M1-L01)
Dell 2407WFP 6ms G2G 24"WS Samsung S-PVA (LTM240M2) or AU Optronics AMVA (M240UW01)
Dell 2408WFP 6ms G2G 24"WS Samsung S-PVA (LTM240CS05)
Dell 2709W 6ms G2G 27"WS Samsung S-PVA (LTM270CS01)
Dell S2409W 5ms 24"WS AU Optronics TN Film (M240HW01 V0)
Dell E228WFP 5ms 22"WS Samsung (LTM220M1-L01) or CMO (M220Z1L01) TN Film

yeah, referring to the source it points all to samsung...is it samsung good? you judge..

The link I posted up shows the real manufacturer of Dell monitors, not showing the best panel out there, so can't judge by the source I suppose?

Yeah, Dell doesnt make LCD Panels i forgot to state that smile.gif

but they make the panels/components/power/calibrated and whack in samsung lcd in em to make it a better buy

LCD panel it self is samsung and samsung don't come out much with PVA Panels as originated Samsung LCD to sell mostly TN
*
Nope, they don't make anything you mentioned above, they take up finished goods/parts/components from other manufacturers and assemble them together, and rebrand them with the shiny Dell logo on them.

Not all the panel is from Samsung, they put in LG.Philips, AU Optronics etc. panels as well, whichever is good.

It'll work.

But if you're really worried about that it won't work, you can just carry your laptop and try it at the shop.

But he triple check with computer and repeat saying the same things wo...
One year warranty...
When i go at the second day also the same....
Haiz dont care anymore, already bought dell st2410 drool.gif

Usually those shops provide 1 year warranty where they help you send the faulty items for warranty without any charge.

After that 1 year, you will also have warranty, but you must deal with dealer/manufacturer. So if you want them to send your faulty items for repair, the shop where you bought the item will charge you for helping you to bring to the dealer/manufacturer or they will refuse to do it for you. It all depends.
