Hey guys, i'm trying to set up an US itunes account, but for some reason, my itunes doesn't give the None option when i register.. they have Visa, mastercard, and a few others but no none option. >< I'm using the US itunes and its updated.. any help? :/

Try to purchase a free app then choose Create new account. The None option will then appear..

Given if you have read the pinned thread linked for you earlier, you would have created the US iTunes acc and there's even a tutorial provided in pdf format for you to follow.

Wow my iPod didn't even reach 2 months and the touchscreen is already giving problems.

Bottom part of the screen does not function well, I cannot unlock the device slowly, i need to swipe it fast.

Adjusting volume using the screen also is problematic. Needs to swipe fast. Hmmm.

Geez. Any solution to this?

If you are running OS 3.0, it does have a well-documented issue on wifi signal strength.

Here's a tip that I have done to my wifi router. I changed the router mode to either 802.1b or 802.1g - for some reason, 802.1b/g combined setting is problematic with the new OS.

Oh.. ic. How'd you tell between a fake ipod touch and a genuine one? What are the obvious signs? besides labels and logos on the front of the device which may be off center, blurred, misspelled or missing altogether. Sorry for all the questions.. .><

u can check the serial number on the box online

if the ipod in question is already out of the box, just try connecting it to itunes. Nothing except ipods and iphones will be detected by itunes

Not really recommended coz always face short-circuit problem. If you've got money, btr get an ori one.

3rd party i reckon. But those reputable brands SHOULD be okay. I'm using a Belkin one, no problems no far.
