yaa..i also would like to know..i currently in bulking process. what i need to do in order to maintain my gaining during fasting month?

i'm trying so hard to gain weight...and now puasa month came...definitely going to lose some weight. is there any tips where i can keep my weight constant?

Ramadan & StrongLifts 5×5. Training fasted works if you eat well during the feeding window. Thirst can be a problem if you’re used to drinking a lot or if it’s warm. Best is to cut down your workout time. Tips:

    * Train Fasted. Train 2 hours before breaking your fast. This way you can eat several meals post workout to help your recovery.
    * Switch to 3×5. Do 3×5 instead of 5×5 on all exercises (Deadlift 1×5). Keep doing the StrongLifts 5×5 routine 3x/week.
    * Drop The Assistance Exercises. Do Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead Press, Bench Press, Inverted Rows only during the Ramadan period.

for me, in term of personal point of view, its been bad....have been away from gym for fortnight already but so far my weight is still same.

Added on August 30, 2009, 5:50 amsame here...but merely 1kg la...hoping me loose fat also...but cannot lift as heavy as usual...the strength is not at par as usual...

i'm on bulking. i suppose it ok so far but i can't keep 6 meals per day during fasting month. most of the time i can only eat 3 times per day include sahur. that bother me most. hope i wont lost any weight.

i also stop working out 1 whole ramadhan also...my gym only open after 8.30pm..can't go there at night...have homework...

but isn't it waste? since creatine mainly replenish our energy during workout. somemore creative does cost a lot of money.

i lost 2 kg during ramadhan..going to start hitting gym hardcore..hahaha..
