QUOTE(queness @ Aug 31 2009, 10:15 AM) Yep.Which is why olympus has the best affordable stalker lens money can buy - its 70-300 lens is only about RM1.6K the most. And you get a 600MM equivalent! And its a Super High Grade Lens even. (olympus has three types of lens - Standard, High Grade and Super High Grade) I am waiting for next year though - Olympus will announce two new lenses for the mFT system. - a Prime and a High-Magnification telezoom. My current concern is for me to get a flash though. Any place in malaysia i can try out the Metz 20-C? i have tried out Olympus's FL-14 and FL-20, so now wanna see if Metz is any better. |

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Aug 31 2009, 10:12 AM) He's not saying that he's waiting for Panasonic/Olympus to improve 2x focal length. Cool man, you get totally what I meant. He just meant that some feature is left out and some weakness in them like not flash/viewfinder in E-P1 and AF might be a bit slow... |

And bloody expensive.
If you think the E-P1 is expensive - check out the RRP of this machine. And also the price of the EVF....ouch. It makes the E-P1 looks very affordable. |

QUOTE(dazzle @ Sep 2 2009, 12:32 PM) Some advantages la. GF1 has a GN6 flash, optional EVF, higher screen rez, and the lenses *drool*BUT, personally i like the layout of the E-P1 better, uncluttered button layout, NOT BLACK, and dual wheel control. |
