A question.
Would it be better to get a relatively cheap and newer Noktor soon to be released hyper prime or to spend on legacy lenses+mounts? EDIT: Interesting link: http://kenrockwell.com/tech/noktor/index.htm Guess it is more worth it to get one of the legacy lenses =P This post has been edited by faidz85: Apr 6 2010, 11:09 PM |

QUOTE(DaiNgau @ Apr 7 2010, 09:56 AM) He says it feels like a Senko 50 f0.95, but the Noktor is a newly made lens with 2 yrs warranty and m43 format. Pre-order price of US750, but is closed for now |

See their FAQ
http://noktor.com/faq.php Where are Noktor lenses manufactured? The HyperPrime 50mm F0.95 is manufactured in Japan by Goyo Optical Inc. And take a look at Goyo Optical website: http://www.goyooptical.com/ It seems like they use Goyo's CCTV lens and convert the lens mount to suit M43. It's probably much cheaper if you source for a CCTV lens yourself and get a C-mount adapter |
