From his post, i can see that he is a very fussy, demanding, hard to handle customer.. perhaps thats y he got the best service?

Luckily the invoice he saw is 1650 not 1450, he would sing a different song then...

even tho i have never shop there, i didnt like how they handle complaints in the original thread... threaten to sue if i remember correctly?

My experience in Rock Audio, Pertama Complex few years ago..
They said Wharfedale SW150 display set sold for RM700 only (normal price was RM1800). I was too excited to get that display set and use my credit card to pay. After the payment succeeded, one of the staff call their boss and frustrated me that they were wrong. The price was actually for other Wharfedale Subwoofer model that I was not interested to buy. As they refuse to refund, i have to take Diamond 9.cc and for what?

That shop is no longer available in Pertama Complex and I hope they would be no longer operating in this country for the sake of people..

When i said not new i mean i have been READING posts here for some time but i only REGISTERED an account to share something about Legends. Read what i typed earlier before u confuse yerself further.

What u guys are saying about Legends could be true. Im not denying it. But im sharing MY experience with them which was positive so far. And yes i do check everything before i buy. I do that with anything i invest in which is why i have rarely made any investment mistakes. Thats why ppl think twice before trying to cheat me. This is what everybody should do to protect yourself from unscrupulous vendors. End of the day im a satisfied customer and that's what matters. No point talking alot and still get cheated and then come on the Forums to complain later when you could have done it right the first time by getting 2nd opinions and doing your research.

But i appreciate everybody's comments. We should share our good and bad experiences with everybody so that we can learn from each other's mistakes. This is the power of the consumer.

One shop to complaint, HSL , Pandan Perdana, the sales person doesnt even bother if you enter and dont even want to entertain if any one ask for prices..they just ignore and continue their own work..

let's burn their shop!!!!

Wahsay, so many -ve comments abt Legend. I'm changing my very old aircon for a new one, and thought to check out some info here and was surprised to read all these.
I've had one buying experience with Legend SS2 and many buying experiences with Legend Old Klang Road.

Legend SS2: Ya, they tried to con me. Tipu me that the shower head of the water heater is metal when it's plastic. My bad for not checking (that was many many years ago when I was naive lah). Then I brought my bf along, and they got scared and replaced it for something else better. So after that I never went back to them anymore.

Legend Old Klang Road: Have bought many many items from them over the years, with no issue. Of course to get good prices, must bargain like mad. But there's always a compromise on both sides. That's why I've been going back to them, but this doesn't mean it will always be the same. that's why I'm here looking for info on my next purchase.

Just my two cents worth.

Last week just deal with Weng Hing Electronic shop Kepong (http://www.letrikwenghing.com) with fridge, washing machine, vacuum and plasma TV. Initially their price is good for me, i ordered & booked the goods in advance 1 week.

But i was so angry they last minute told me the TV no stock during the delivering day and said have to wait for 2 weeks! (without apologies) The day was my first day moving in! They also promised there have some the free gift but not given together when deliver!! I had to called them ask again and went back to their shop to redeem the free gift!

I'm about to buy an LED tv at DLegend sri petaling...is this the same shop everyone is talking about ?

but as usual la, i know how to use google
and stumble upon this

GENERALLY there are 2 types of electrical consumers

Type A
I want to buy a TV

Type B
I want to buy Phillips 55pfl8008

i think generally people are more to type A. hence that seller's attitude. even they get a diff model they wont know or even mind, its a TV.
