QUOTE(Everdying @ Jun 12 2009, 07:36 PM) Sphex initial test. OMG.. where do i buy this??!!The surface feels very much like the Speed side of the Exactmat, and is just as smooth and fast. so guess no need to touch on this anymore since everyone probably expected something like this. The bottom of the pad also has a multiuse adhesive, meaning you can remove and move it to a different table as you wish. As for how many times it can be reused, that only Razer can answer and as of now there is yet no answer Moving on to the very simple package, inside there is only a Certificate of Authenticity and stickers. [attachmentid=1019391] Now on to what everyone would like to know - how thin it is. I'll just say its friggin thin, below is the side profile of it with my baby BSCE in the back. [attachmentid=1019393] This would be good for fingertip users who like a hard mat like material, but without the feel of the edge of a mat poking into your wrist, which incidentally gave rise to such mats as the classic Everglide Ricochet 2.52mm but which also kinda still poked into your wrist. So the Sphex - an ultra thin mat coupled with a nice flat table - seems to be the workaround solution that gamers have been seeking. Haha.. my old exactmat all worned out.. sien already carry it around.. its also lost all its feet, now i use the mat u put in ur car dash to stop things from sliding under it ( advice which i got from Razer thread here in LYN from bro, TomatomanzSeedlezz This post has been edited by james2306: Jun 18 2009, 07:13 AM |

QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Jun 18 2009, 05:43 AM) it definitely wont hurt, but wont be comfortable which i think u already know the answer.razer just get the carcharias or since u got lots of money...then get 5HV2 actually, if u still want SS i recommend the siberia full sized one... Wouldn't the non-slip mat give your mousepad a soggy, semi-soft, pseudo-clothpad sinking feeling?
Haven't tried it myself, but I find it hard to imagine that it would give a good feeling. |

Imo, u dont really feel it once u place yer hand on it.. as it pushed down.. its practically flattened.Haven't tried it myself, but I find it hard to imagine that it would give a good feeling. Cheers As for those non-slip pad.. if worry it will be squishy, but those flatter/thiner type from Carrefour, RM5 for a big piece, more then enough to cover your mousepad. |
