playing some webbrowser flash game - intermittent lag is annoying. sometimes can b > 5 secs

seems affect US website more?

I've been having erratic connections lately, it speeds up sometimes during the day and gets really slow like 0.50kbps +/-.

It's been going on for almost a month.

Idk what UNIFI is doing, technicians came over for about 4 times already. Call have been countless and cases been opened/closed for about 4/5 times. Zzzz...

Really pissed.

me too..say problem is my equiment but i use modem give by TM and not problem before...
already down for 3 day..i m using 4 Mbps package.
this is the message fr TM
RM0.00:Msg Frm TM: Dear Sir/Mdm, yr svc report ref no:1-10200531333 has bn attended.The issue is due to yr equipment.Pls call 100 for assistance.TQ

how to solve it? i don think is modem problem because try with other modem ..same situation.

I guess this is one of TM's strategy to "force" user to switch from Streamyx to Unifi?

yes..today the technician come to my house cut all my cable(got many point for front,behind and upstair.)but still no solve d problem..and say is wiring problem...
really wiring problem?i can online before and do nothing with wiring.

is it got charge for the wiring ?

the amount we paid per month and the service we get per month really does not justify.

the downtime is much more than uptime doh.gif

we should get a refund for the downtime!

this is the 3rd week already the connection sux

now that made me wonder though i normally don't take notice of the modem lights...

my "internet" light on modem, kept blinking....sometimes...off...then on again n blink blink...

is it normal? or should it stay lighted up?

i know LAN light on modem should blink as data being transferred...but Internet light blinking?

Is unifi service down in Damansara area? It is annoying that no announcement is made during service interruption, it is the least you could do
