Wow I guess Unifi is being slow again. Hard to access Instagram.com and MyFitnessPal on desktop sites.

Still having this problem and also skype is lagging and what not. So it sounds like they are having server issues since it is affecting so many of us?

I got this erratic connection. The cutoff is not very long, probably about 5 sec or less then reconnects. Got annoyed when listening to online radio as it periodically "buffering". FB also lost connection for a few secs. Anyone facing this erratic connection problem?

I've been having erratic connections lately, it speeds up sometimes during the day and gets really slow like 0.50kbps +/-.
It's been going on for almost a month. Idk what UNIFI is doing, technicians came over for about 4 times already. Call have been countless and cases been opened/closed for about 4/5 times. Zzzz... Really pissed. |

the amount we paid per month and the service we get per month really does not justify.
the downtime is much more than uptime we should get a refund for the downtime! this is the 3rd week already the connection sux |

now that made me wonder though i normally don't take notice of the modem lights...
my "internet" light on modem, kept blinking....sometimes...off...then on again n blink blink... is it normal? or should it stay lighted up? i know LAN light on modem should blink as data being transferred...but Internet light blinking? |
