is it only tm streamyx/unifi facing this slow internet?

now that made me wonder though i normally don't take notice of the modem lights...
my "internet" light on modem, kept blinking....sometimes...off...then on again n blink blink... is it normal? or should it stay lighted up? i know LAN light on modem should blink as data being transferred...but Internet light blinking? |

speedtest is fine, but alot of times webpage just failed to load...need to reload few times... strange...started since yesterday |
