My unifi 5 hasn't been working since Saturday, called TM every single day yet nothing has been fixed.
Location : USJ 1 Subang jaya

Anyone in Puchong area having Unifi disconnection? All service (internet, HyppTV & phone) not working.

youtube capped at 512kbps. i am using 8mbit.

Youtube capped 30kBps from 11pm onwards now, 1MB streamyx here.

Unifi5 in Bayan Baru Penang has been interrupted on n off for the past 2 days.. bummer

Unifi slow for past 2 weeks. on 10Mbps and WhatsApp texts (few bits of data) refuses to send.
YouTube depends on luck, last time can easily stream 1440p videos (4K too much for my computer haha) but now 720p is barely watchable.

Instagram refuses to refresh as well.
And if they have to cap YouTube then what's the point of 2020 where YouTube videos has to be capped?

I'm furious with Unifi right now... Those who wonder why Youtube videos are slow here's one of the reason.

There are times the connection to Singapore is wonky. Most services in SEA is based on Singapore. So, yeah... I've been complaining but things weren't resolved.

on VIP10, connection to Singapore is 1Mbps... Pings can go as high as 300ms... I'm better of going back to my hometown and be on Streamyx 2Mbps then... I refuse to believe TM isn't aware of this...

Wow I guess Unifi is being slow again. Hard to access Instagram.com and MyFitnessPal on desktop sites.

Still having this problem and also skype is lagging and what not. So it sounds like they are having server issues since it is affecting so many of us?

I got this erratic connection. The cutoff is not very long, probably about 5 sec or less then reconnects. Got annoyed when listening to online radio as it periodically "buffering". FB also lost connection for a few secs. Anyone facing this erratic connection problem?
