me too..say problem is my equiment but i use modem give by TM and not problem before...
already down for 3 day..i m using 4 Mbps package.

RM0.00:Msg Frm TM: Dear Sir/Mdm, yr svc report ref no:1-10200531333 has bn attended.The issue is due to yr equipment.Pls call 100 for assistance.TQ

how to solve it? i don think is modem problem because try with other modem ..same situation.

yes..today the technician come to my house cut all my cable(got many point for front,behind and upstair.)but still no solve d problem..and say is wiring problem...
really wiring problem?i can online before and do nothing with wiring.

is it got charge for the wiring ?
