I call their support yesterday and mention about me having such a slow connection to US or EU based website/server which in return the answer is simply like this..

"That is beyond our jurisdiction"

I still can accept if they said that there was a network problem etc etc but they claim there is none!! So ran a speedtest via speedtest.net and select Singapore the nearest neighbor and guess what I barely get 4 mbps for upload and download speed while I subscribe to 10 mbps plan.

user posted image (This is example result that I run just now of which it showing the same result no matter which server I choose)

So I ask them again this morning that I can't even connect to the game server that I use to play without any problem. So today they still mention the same script (I guess its a script since the same answer given).

I do the speedtest bla bla bla and yes its perfect 10 mbit connected to their own speedtest server (of course it will show 10 mbit it like connecting to local area network).. One question I ask that make the operator a lil bit stutter to answer is (because there is no script to answer I guess) On which country do they think Google is hosted at? Do you only go to locally hosted website so that you can claim that there is no network issue. Are you having some issue to load Youtube now and watch it on HD? Why do I have to subscribe to you 10mbit network while it feels like you only connected on 2 mbit?

Let see if you guys having the same issue with me.

anyone experiencing Unifi down near Kepong Industrial Park, postcode 52200? My Unifi has been down since last Friday afternoon. Called helpline, and keep saying that there is an outage. But until now it is not recovered yet.

Normally what kind of maintenance will be likely if suffer from no DSL for about 20-40 minutes each session, and this session occurs once or twice a day. Sometimes it happens during midnight or sometimes around 5.30pm or lunch time. Is is that these technicians open up the box on the roadside and switch off the power?

Unifi here, can't seem to access any official ncsoft related website. Site times out, can't even ping. Thought it was my computer but then I switch to Maxis LTE and everything worked again. Was able to access the sites and ping. Wonder how they can screw that up.

It seems like those using TM DNS is affected by some issue with loading certain sites.

My suggestion is to use google dns for the time being.
