It seems like those using TM DNS is affected by some issue with loading certain sites.

My suggestion is to use google dns for the time being.

Yesterday it seems like there was some issues with their DNS server. So, I am suggesting that we change the dns for the time being. Now should be alright.

Well, my unifi has been down for 2 days already. Sg. Buloh area. When I call, there is a recorded message before I spoke to the customer service guy. Message stated that there will be a maintenance scheduled around Sg. Buloh area from 22 to 25 Jul.

I spoke to the customer service guy and strangely enough he stated that there is no problem. Peculiar.

Anyone else experiencing NO LINE at all?

Thanks

Same here, DSL light stable all the way, but the internet light blinking or no light at all, no internet at all
location Desa Petaling. Call to center say they already checked, no problem on station or port, and directly close the file w/o any SMS or notice to my hp. Then start say is my house internal old cables problem, need call cable guys change it, b!tch please, everyone know TM service is suck, yet government still granted them as monopoly on LAN cable service provider, so many years no improvement at all o0o

if got 2 cable provider, i believe TM die/loss like MAS adi, AirAsia is MAS main competitor, TM? none !!
Keep call and complaint la. B!itchy TM.

Hi all,

To cut the story short, im working with a company that doing online ordering. But recently all my klang customer can't order through their application to my company.

My company using unifi biz 20mb and some of my cust in klang using streamyx or unifi. I try remote their pc and I can't ping my company unifi static ip.

Weird thing is other place like PJ, cheras and other area no issue only klang user.

I help cust make complain to streamyx or unifi both them answer as long can go internet then is not their fault. I even try change to Google dns also failed.

Anyone can advice what can I do anymore??
