UNIFI CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
The UniFi customer service support system is scheduled to undergo a maintenance exercise which will be conducted in two phases:
Phase 1 28 November from 11.45 pm to 6.00 am, 29 November 2013
Affected areas: Some parts of Klang and nearby areas
Phase 2
3 December from 11.45 pm to 6.00 am, 4 December 2013
Affected areas: Some parts of Serdang and nearby areas
Phase 3
5 December from 11.45 pm to 6.00 am, 6 December 2013
During this period, some UniFi customers in the affected areas may experience less than ideal service performance that could last up to a maximum of 20 minutes.
