reset whole modem.. reset port also wont hurt. call 100 to reset port.

8mbit here. opened up 3 tabs of youtube. total connection is only 500+kbps (kilobit, not byte). refresh shitload of times already. wtf is wrong.

UNIFI CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SYSTEM MAINTENANCE



The UniFi customer service support system is scheduled to undergo a maintenance exercise which will be conducted in two phases:
​Phase 1 ​28 November from 11.45 pm to 6.00 am, 29 November 2013

Affected areas: Some parts of Klang and nearby areas
​Phase 2

3 December from 11.45 pm to 6.00 am, 4 December 2013

Affected areas: Some parts of Serdang and nearby areas

​Phase 3
​5 December from 11.45 pm to 6.00 am, 6 December 2013



During this period, some UniFi customers in the affected areas may experience less than ideal service performance that could last up to a maximum of 20 minutes.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and patience. For enquiries or assistance, please get in touch with us here or tweet us at @TMConnects.

SCHEDULED SYSTEM MAINTENANCE


Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on its customer support service system from 12.00 am to 8.00 pm, on Saturday, 14 December 2013 to ensure continued enhancement of its services.

During this time, the following services will not be available:

All online customer self-care services related to UniFi, such as:

​​​Subscription of new services

Processing of new UniFi service subscription applications and service upgrade requests

Bill viewing and bill payment

Processing of UniFi complaints and fault reporting

Service reconnection due to non payment for Infoblast, e-Storage, e-Browse, Internet Security, TM WiFi outlets and Web Hosting; and

All UniFi customer support services at TM UniFi Centre, all TMpoint outlets and at TMpoint Authorised Dealers as listed above except for bill payment.



Customers are advised to ensure that all transactions or requests related to the affected services are completed prior to the commencement of the maintenance activity to avoid any service interruption.

However, this maintenance exercise will not affect other TM services. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but would like to assure customers that affected services will resume to normal right after the exercise is completed.

Unifi is still down in cheras area. Called the CS and they said it was caused by the MRT construction. Dont know till when..

CS also didn't hear anything about kajang svc unavailability...anyone faced the same?

My Internet has been ridiculously slow lately. Since a few days ago.

Not sure what the cause is.

Anyone know if an undersea cable was cut or something?

My unifi connection down, I think. The Internet light indicator shows no light neither blinking just off. Any here encountered the same problem? Or is it down right now?
